How this works
Notes are kept as issues in the public repository this site is served from. Writing one happens there, where you can see what you are agreeing to and take it down yourself afterwards.
They are copied into the site when it is next built, so a note does not appear the moment it is written. That is deliberate: this page carries my name and my address, and what goes on it should pass in front of me first.
The page you are reading asks GitHub for nothing. It is the notes themselves, already here, like every other page on this site.
