Sovela

product

Fall asleep to music; Sovela stops it when you drift off. Your Apple Watch notices you falling asleep, and Sovela pauses the music on your iPhone and dims your lights.

Sovela at five hours of the day: the introduction at night, a simulated night with its heart rate chart, and the Tonight screen at first light, in daylight and at golden hour

What it does

The watch reads your heart rate and how still you are, and Sovela notices when you have fallen asleep.

It then pauses Apple Music on your iPhone, dims Philips Hue lights to red or switches them off, and can tell Home Assistant, which handles Spotify, speakers and blinds.

In the morning it shows when you fell asleep and one line for each thing it did.
